REGISTRATION FEES:

Program Book, conference bag and inserts, sponsor items, conference T-shirt, conference pin, a copy of the conference Proceedings (CD-ROM); admission to Plenary Sessions, Invited Paper Sessions, Parallel Technical Sessions, and Industrial Applications Sessions, admission to Industrial Exhibition, complementary Tutorials, light refreshments (3 days), lunches (3 days) and Conference Banquet.

SPECIAL HOTEL RATE (by 20 November):

Special arrangements have been made with the hotel. Limited rooms (S/D) are available at a flat rate of RM 170 nett (USD 55) per night with 1 breakfast. Additional breakfast is RM20++ per pax. Please pay to the hotel, upon check-out. Normal rate is RM 170++ with 1 breakfast. Kindly reserve your rooms in the Registration Form. Rate applies on 2, 3, 4, and 5 December 2009. Room key will be provided in the Conference Bag.

ATTENTION TO AUTHORS (excluding Keynotes and Invited Paper Speakers):
1. At least 1 author must register and present each paper of maximum 5 pages. Each additional page is charged RM 150 (local), USD 50 (international), maximum of 2 additional pages ONLY.
2. The same author can register 2nd paper at 20% discount. However, each additional page is charged RM 150 (local), USD50 (international).
3. Each presenter is allowed to register and present EVERY 2 papers (if you have more than 2 papers). Conference package is per registered paper. However, ONE complimentary Banquet coupon is provided.
4. Paper category is determined by first author’s status. The presenter can be any co-author.
5. Please use the given paper template for your final paper. The paper must have header, 1 column author information, IEEE copyright notice and paging. Author’s biodata and photo are NOT allowed.
6. Papers presented by the first author will be selected for Best Paper and Best Student Paper Award.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. Early bird registration fee applies to participants who register by 20 Nov. (local time). Payments (including company cheques and Local Order) must be received by 4 December (Day 2, conference). Letter of guarantee from participant’s organization is NOT accepted as a form of payment.
2. Paper Reviewers (also as presenter or attendee) are entitled IEEE Student rate.
3. Bank charges for payments by bank transfer must be borne by the registrants.
4. International participants can pay by these methods: bank draft, bank/wire/telegraphic transfer, or international bank cheque. We recommend payment by bank draft or international bank cheque. You can email the scanned item to Finance Secretariat at muazzah@fke.utm.my, and bring it during conference day. Travelers cheques can be cashed at banks or licensed money changers located in the city, and exchange to MYR currency for cash payment during conference registration.
5. Local participants can pay by these methods: bank draft, bank/wire/telegraphic transfer, bank cheque, company cheque and Local Order.

PAYMENT POLICY:
1. Late payments will be charged 20 %. Registrants will be invoiced accordingly, after 5 December.
2. Cancelation is not allowed after 23 November. However, replacement of registrant is allowed.
